A short 2-hour drive from Chambery airport, our Tignes Le Lac ski school is situated in an idyllic location amongst the iconic French Alps. With activities for people aged 3+, there is something for every member of your family. As well as snowboarding and skiing lessons, we are pleased to offer Boarder cross, Nordic and Heliski amongst plenty more activities.

Located in the Espace Killy ski area in the Savoie region (named after the famous skier Jean-Claude Killy) our Tignes Le Lac ski school is right in the centre of the action. It is undeniably the ultimate resort to have fun and socialise whilst learning new skills on the slopes. We are happy to offer so much more than the standard skiing and snowboarding lessons. For example, you can take part in a special ‘yurt night’ which includes soup by the fire, a traditional meal and the possibility of downhill tobogganing! If you are on a work trip, esf Business can organise group activities including evening ski and snowshoe outings, snowmobile rides in the moonlight, dinner in a cosy yurt and heliski trips.

Features of the esf Tignes Le Lac ski school resort
300 km of slopes, 300 snow cannons, 100 ski lifts, its freeride area, its snow park; all the conditions are met for a successful ski stay.
In Tignes, you can enjoy skiing until May. The snow is quite simply guaranteed: the altitude and the eternal snow of the Grande Motte glacier are guarantees of an abundant and quality snow.
Beginner or advanced of all kinds of snow sports, you will enjoy the grandiose environment and the warm atmosphere.
From the children's garden to the slalom competition course, the esf team of ski school Tignes le Lac instructors will be happy to guide you through the Killy area, a truly exceptional site.
