Your ski lessons at ESF de La Croix de Bauzon
When we arrive at the Croix de Bauzon station, a breath of fresh air in the heart of the Tanargue massif awaits us! La Croix de Bauzon is the only ski resort in the Ardèche. It offers you a family area where it is pleasant to ski with family, friends or even alone.
The Croix de Bauzon resort allows you to escape in a snowy break in the heart of the Ardèche forest in the Massif Central. Indeed, 95% of the estate is located in the forest and you can even have a beautiful view of Mont Lozère or Ventoux when you are at the top of the slopes.
The area has 11 tracks on which ESF Croix de Bauzon instructors are ready to teach you the practice of various sliding sports. You will have the choice between downhill skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing! You will therefore have access to 3 green tracks, 6 blue, 1 red and 1 black. Two free slopes are dedicated to cross-country skiing, including a 5.5km blue and a 9km red. If there is not enough snow on this part of the resort, experienced Nordic skiers can go to the Riou Grand area, which has 3 slopes with paid access.

The particularity of the station
In order to satisfy its customers, the team at the Croix de Bauzon resort renovated its snow facility in 2012 and also extended it twice (2013 and 2014). Croix de Bauzon is therefore equipped with 25 snow guns spread over the slopes and on the farfadets area.
The farfadets domain is a space dedicated to children to help them develop their motor skills and become familiar with sliding activities. The area offers slopes reserved for children for learning to ski, snowboard and cross-country skiing. You will have access to 3 ski lifts including a carpet, a cable car and a beginner ski lift.
For a relaxing weekend in the snow surrounded by your loved ones, the Croix de Bauzon resort is ideal!
