Located at the foot of the Pic du Midi de Bigorre, the Domaine du Tourmalet, the Barèges-La Mongie resort, offers winter sports lovers a technical and varied ski area: more than 100 km of marked trails with 69 slopes of all levels, 170 snow cannons, 43 ski lifts including 3 6-seater walk-s... and two separate entrances to satisfy all desires for stay: an authentic Pyrenean village, Barèges, and a foothill village, La Mongie.
The Tourmalet area is recognized for its resort where you can practice all forms of skiing: alpine skiing for all levels (22 green slopes, 20 blue slopes, 23 red slopes and 5 black slopes), special facilities for freestyle enthusiasts in skiing or snowboarding with a snowpark and many spaces of freedom adapted to the expression of all snow enthusiasts.
